Do you offer Afterpay for AUS, or Quadpay for the US?
We have ZipPay for Australia. You will need to add your selected classes to the cart and use ZipPay as an option at checkout. The other payment methods are PayPal and Credit Card. We don’t offer QuadPay at the moment.
What is the total video duration for each Masterclass?

How do I buy the class? Where do I pay?
Under MASTERCLASS in our menu, select the series you are after. On this page, if you scroll down you will see a red link stating ‘GET ACCESS NOW TO SERIES’. Once clicked, it will take you to our shop page, where you can click ADD TO CART (gold button at the bottom of the page) to add the selected Masterclass Series for purchase. After clicking this, you will be taken to your cart to confirm your product, quantity, and pricing. Here you can update your cart or proceed to checkout. Once you have clicked PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, you will be required to enter your details (name, address, company name, etc.), review your purchases and product totals, and enter your payment details. Payment options include PayPal, credit card, and ZipPay.
It keeps saying order failed and will not take my payment. What do I do?

Once I purchase the Masterclass, how do I log in? Am I sent a login and password?
You will be sent an email upon purchase which will contain your username. You can also use the registered email address as a username. Your password is set at the time of registration.
What am I learning?
Globally renowned celebrity brow stylist Melanie Marris has spent 16 years perfecting the art of brow styling, and is now revealing her elite styling techniques to all using her product range, Brow Code. This Virtual Brow Masterclass consists of FOUR series, Tinting, Waxing, Henna and Lamination. In each series, you will unlock new skills and learn our elite MM methods to enhance your journey as a brow stylist. Each series contains Melanie’s highly regarded expertise with in-depth tutorials, product knowledge, and so much more.
How long do I have access to this Masterclass for?
Once purchased, you will receive a 12 month subscription. You can log into your subscription at any time during these 12 months.
Do we receive a certificate? If so, how do I receive it?
Yes. Melanie awards everyone who has completed her Masterclass with a Certificate of Completion. You will receive this via email, which can take up to 7-10 business days to receive.
Do I need to complete a test or exam to receive my certificate?
No. This virtual learning experience is purely to educate and pass on Melanie’s knowledge to aspiring artists. You do not need to complete a test or an exam as it is not a government accredited course.
Can I legally perform brow treatments after completing this Masterclass?
This Masterclass is not a government accredited course. Every country has different laws and regulations regarding the beauty industry. You will need to check this with your local board to establish the required criteria to perform these beauty services. (E.g. The United States requires you to be a licensed esthetician to perform any beauty related services, however Australia does not require this).
Can I purchase the products once I purchase the class?
Yes. However, you must watch the class and await your approved certificate (this can take 7-10 business days). Once you have this, you can then upload it when you create professional account at browcode.com. If you are already a qualified esthetician/beautician, you can upload your licence or accreditation for approval straight away.
Where do I purchase the products?

How much do you recommend to charge?
When establishing your pricing, you must assess your demographic, client base, business location, skill-set, demand for your service and the nature of your business before making this decision. Melanie Marris Eyebrow Stylist offers a high end luxury brow service, and takes this into consideration with the skill set provided by their team. How many brows would I have to do to cover the cost of this course?
Based off Melanie’s pricing, you would only need to complete four brow restyles to cover the cost of each series.
Is this tax deductible?
Yes. Please see your tax advisor for any further queries and be sure to keep your receipts for tax time.
Will I be advertised on the website or social media?
I cannot get into my account. How do I reset my password?
